I'm a user experience and product designer with a passion for building thoughtful, scalable digital experiences. Over the past decade, I've helped shape products across a range of industries — from small agencies and non-profits to one of the world's largest travel platforms.
I began my career designing and developing websites on WordPress and other CMS platforms, where I honed a strong foundation in visual design, front-end development, and information architecture. From there, I transitioned into UX at Bridgeline Digital, designing e-commerce solutions using a proprietary CMS.
Later at Qgiv, I helped non-profits grow their fundraising efforts through web platforms and mobile apps. I also co-led the development of a multi-product design system, bringing together user feedback, prototyping, and front-end coding.
Today, I’m part of the team at Booking.com, where I focus on data-informed design, accessibility, and delivering impact at scale. I work cross-functionally with researchers, writers, engineers, and product managers to design experiences that make travel planning accessible to millions of travellers worldwide and improve conversion rates. I also lead design workshops, mentor junior designers, and advocate for inclusive, user-centered design.
I believe great design comes from collaboration with diverse perspectives, a clear understanding of user needs, and a willingness to challenge assumptions through research and testing.
